Return and Cancellation Policy


Damaged Goods or You Would Simply Like to Return the Item: 

If any item arrives damaged in any way, please contact immediately.  We will do our best to replace the item at no extra cost to you.

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
  3. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don’t accept the returned package without an authorized return address.
  4. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Please return through your local post office to avoid tax.
  6. For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
  7. Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry.  The best way to communicate and solve your problem is through our ticket system, or online chat!


General Return

If for whatever reason you decide that an item in your order is just not right for you may be able to return the item under the following conditions:

  1. You must submit a Ticket to our customer service within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
  2. Your item to return is not jewelry or any other accessory class item.
  3. Your item to return must be in an unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  4. We only accept returned items with a support ticket AND that has been approved by customer service as acceptable to return.
  5. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
  6. We only refund the cost of the item.  Any shipping charges incurred in the original purchase of your order will not be refunded.
  7. We will refund your account ONLY after we receive your returned item.  We process your refund via the way to purchased your order.  If you paid with PayPal you should expect your refund in about 2 days.  If you paid using your credit card you should expect your refund in about 7 days.


Return Address

All returns must be sent to our Canadian office in Calgary.

  1. Submit a Ticket for return & refund.
  2. Our customer service will communicate with you at that point.
  3. After your return is approved, you will get the Return Address and RMA number in the ticket.
  4. Pack the items you want to return, and ship them back by any shipping company available, like Fedex, TNT, DHL, UPS. Post Office is recommended to avoid tax.
  5. This the most important step, please send us your return tracking number and shipping company by ticket. We will use this number to track your item and use it on your refund for return.
  6. You can also track the package online, then you will know when the package delivered to us.
  7. Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund in 7 working days.
  8.  It normally takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used.

How to exchange the order?

You can make a new order first, and when we get the return, we will apply a full refund of the items you returned.


Can I have a full refund for the return?

We will offer full refund of the items you returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

 How long will it take to get my refund?

  1. The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.
  2. It normally takes one business day for the refund to appear on your account.

What if my package was refused or was undelivered?

  1. Want to reship a refused or undelivered package? No problem. We offer free resend as soon as the previous order returned.
  2. Whether you are willing to get a resend or refund, please submit a Ticket, we will reply in 1 working day except for weekends.


You can cancel you order within 24 hours of your purchase.  However, you must submit a Ticket to customer service requesting your order to be cancelled within that time period.  Your ticket must also include your order number.  We will then cancel your order and process a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped,we will offer partial refund after charging a 20% cancellation fee.

If your order has been shipped, we CANNOT accept your cancellation request.  If you do not want the item, you can follow the Return policy above.
