How Do I Know When My Item Is Shipped?

You will receive an email once your order has been packaged, and has begun the shipping process. 

Once it has been shipped you will then be able to track your order.  Generally, your item is shipped within 3-5 days of your order being placed.  Please note that once your order is shipped, you may not cancel without penalty (see Return Policy for full details).

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

USA: 1-2 weeks (standard shipping)
Canada and Australia: 2-3 weeks (standard shipping)
UK and Europe: 2-4 weeks (standard shipping)
Other Countries: 3-4 weeks (standard shipping)

How Much Does Standard Shipping Cost?

There is a small $5 flat fee for shipping for all items except for shoes which is $10.  All orders over $75 the shipping is absolutely FREE

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We take the security of your information seriously.  We do not store  your credit card information.  We do not sell or share any of your information with any 3rd party businesses.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We have two options for you: PayPal or Credit Card.

For credit cards we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All credit card payments are processed via Stripe.  Stripe is one of the world leaders in payment processing.  They employ AES-256 encryption on all transactions to safely secure all your information. What Information Is Stored After My Purchase?

In order for us to create an account, we only store your basic information: name, email, address, and your login information.  NO credit card information is stored on our website nor on our server.  All credit card information is securely store at Stripe (see above).

Whom do contact if something goes wrong with placing my order?

We are always monitoring our site, our Chat Dialog box is located in the lower right corner of your screen.  If we have stepped away, you can leave us your email and message, and we will get back to you within a few short hours.  You can also send us an email

Orders and Returns

How Do I Place An Order?
  1. Browse the catalogue of amazing products available to you.
  2. When you find an item you want to order, click on the image to view the item details OR click on the Quick View button to see a brief description.
  3. If you want to add this product select your size and color (if applicable), and then click the Add to Cart button. Once you add an item it will take you to your cart.
  4. Continue Shopping because you know you want to.
  5. Once you have a full cart of amazing deals, from the Cart click on the Proceed to Checkout.
  6. Don’t forget to apply any coupons you might have.  If you spent over $75 FREE shipping is already applied.
  7. Complete your personal information (billing and shipping info).
  8. Select your payment option and complete the payment process.
  9. Sit back, relax, have a glass of your favorite beverage, and we will do the rest.
Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

Short answer is Yes.  However, you do not need an account until your first purchase.  We automatically create an account for you with your initial purchase (your login details are emailed to you).  Your account is required so that you can review your order and check on it’s status.  Once set up, you can login to your account and manage your account information, view orders, and track orders.  It will also help speed up your checkout on your next purchase. 

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order you can login to your account and then select “orders” to review you order and view its status.  Or from the menu, select About the Shoppe and then click on Order Tracking.  You will need your order number from your email that was sent to you when you placed your order.  Enter the number and email address, and it will show you the tracking details.

Can I Cancel or Return My Order?

Yes but there are some considerations.  Please see our Return Policy for complete details.
